who has the responsibility of oversight for the entire facility, performs the essential administrative duties and responsibilities of this position, enforces the policies and procedures of the facility, and lives out the Mission, Core Values, and Vision of the organization, and leads by example for staff to do the same. 

 Hiring and Recruiting at MOCJ

MOCJ recruits, hires, and trains all staff personnel according to the requirements of Federal and applicable State laws, rules, and regulations. Staff are cross-trained to carry out multiple assignments necessary for appropriate care and services to residents.
