VISION

 The vision of MOCJ is:
  • to conceive and implement novel ideas that continually improve the care and service it provides for its residents;
  • improvement concepts that add beauty and aesthetic value to the internal and external work-place physical environment;
  • ideas that honor and nurture cultural diversity, spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing;
  • community development concepts that lift the disadvantaged from cycle of dependence and poverty -  vision that is

              dedicated to God and humanity.
